Course Overview
This half-day course combines theory with live-model hands-on practice. Polynucleotides are derived from DNA and work at a cellular level — repairing tissue, stimulating fibroblasts, and improving skin quality from within, distinct from both dermal filler and hyaluronic acid skin boosters. All practical training is CPD accredited.

• The science of polynucleotides and how they work at a cellular level to repair and rejuvenate skin • Product knowledge across leading brands (Plinest, Nucleofill, and equivalents) • Injection technique and administration protocols • Treatment areas: eyes, face, neck, and hands • Combining polynucleotides with other treatments (skin boosters, PRP, HA) in a patient's plan • Patient consultation and addressing acne scarring, fine lines, skin laxity, and tone • Contraindications and complications management • Aftercare and setting patient expectations
Entry Requirements
This course is open to practitioners with a relevant medical or beauty qualification, including: • Valid Medical Pin, or • NVQ Level 3 in General Beauty with Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology, or • Minimum 6 months' experience in needling, semi-permanent makeup, or microblading
